1. Effortless In Black

Whether you choose to rock a flat, heeled, knee or thigh-high boot, black is always a great way to go. Black is the number one neutral to have in your wardrobe because it goes well with everything! If you’re looking for a great everyday wear boot, a black flat riding style or one with a chunkier heel would be perfect.

2. Heel It Out

There’s nothing like a sexy pair of knee-high or thigh-high boots with an attached heel. A heel adds a touch of femininity to the boot. It gives you height and adds that “move over Naomi, I’m the new model on this runway,” bounce to your step! Regardless of the height of the heel; stiletto or wedge, it still has the same affect. This is the perfect date-nigh-sexy boot!

3. Details, Details, Details…

For my rock star fashionistas who enjoy a cute boot with great detailing, accents and studs are the perfect fit. Who said you can’t buy a boot to match your fly? A pair of knee-high or thigh-high boots with studs, zippers, or even chains screams “edgy.” I find them to be very versatile too. They’re great for casual and punk looks, and can still be dressed up for a great evening out.

4. Cut It Out!

Since the Spring, cut-outs have been all the rage. From dresses, to shirts, to shoes, they have made a bold statement this year. Even though it’s getting chilly, cut-outs are still appropriate. Try a pair of knee-high boots with cut-outs at the ankle or at the top surface of the foot. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this style. If your a little nervous about exposing some skin or if it’s too cold out, you can were a sheer black hose underneath to still get the same affect. Your fancy footwear will look unique and fun, and all of your girls will be dying to get the deets on your cute boots!

5. Play With Patterns!

If you’re really looking for a pair of boots to add a little flavor to your look, don’t be afraid to spice up your knee-high boots with a fun pattern! Army fatigue, animal, and snake prints are all on trend right now, and these patterns are a perfect way to rev up your ensembles this Fall and Winter.

6. Tie ‘Em Down!

Dare to be different? Purchase a pair of thigh-high boots with laces that go up the front of the boot, or even up the back. The tie accents give the boot a vintage feel, looking great with both casual and dressed up looks.
